In the event of a bull proving to be infertile or incapable of natural service in the 12 months from sale date, the vendor will offer to supply a suitable replacement if available, or credit the purchase price to be used at a future date, less the salvage value of the bull provided the problem is not caused by injury or disease contracted since taking delivery.

Any claim must be accompanied by the relevant Veterinary Certificate.
